The Arcair K4000® is a durable carbon-arc gouging hand held torch that features an ergonomic design to provide operator comfort and is made for heavy-duty metal removal applications such as pin removals, removing old welds, gouging out cracks, cleaning and repairing castings.

The genuine Arcair boot design helps keep the power connection securely enclosed during operation. Unlike conventional rubber boots that can shift and potentially expose the live connection, the rigid Arcair cover is mechanically secured in place to help prevent movement and reduce the risk of accidental arcing.

This setup requires a welding power source, air compressor and carbon electrodes.
