Standard delivery times
Our standard delivery times on stocked items are as follows:

  • Perth metropolitan areas – 1 business day
  • WA regional areas – 2 to 3 business days
  • Australia wide – 5 to 7 business days (remote areas may require longer)

We sell and deliver within Australia only.

Sales taxes
Alphaweld Supply Group are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

All trading is according to Alphaweld's Terms & Conditions.

Permission to return and to receive credit
Alphaweld Supply Group will only accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN A SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is given by completing a Goods Return Request prior to returning goods. After acceptance and approval we will notify you to return the goods and will issue credit to your account or your credit card.

For unwanted merchandise the cost of returning the goods shall be the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right NOT accept any goods returns without the form completed and approved by Alphaweld Supply Group prior to return of goods.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to goods returned outside a 30 day trading period.

Damaged or incorrect merchandise guarantee
We will, upon notifying us by Goods Return Request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. Proof of damage is required and no claims will be accepted or replacement goods issued without prior approval to return.
