Upgrade to Speedglas G5-03 Pro Air with TAP Technology
Current Adflo customers can now enjoy the cutting edge Speedglas G5-03TW welding helmet, by simply upgrading their headtop. The Speedglas G5-03 TW helmet features new TAP functionality, True-View optics, an extra light shade 2.5 and airflow climate control. This kit features the headtop and lens, to connect to your existing Adflo PAPR unit.
Adjustable Helmet Airflow
An advanced helmet duct system allows the amount and direction of airflow within your G5-03 helmet to be customised for ultimate comfort in hot and humid welding environments. These adjustments can be made without removing your helmet and compromising your respiratory, face, and eye protection.
Comfortable Positive Pressure Face Seal
By following the contours of both your face and welding helmet, the G5-03 face seal creates a secure positive pressure seal to keep pollutants at bay. A constant flow of cool, clean air is delivered directly to the breathing zone of the welder, for maximum comfort and protection.
New TAP Function
In a world first, Speedglas G5-03 welding helmets offer TAP technology, enabling welders to easily switch between welding, grinding and cutting with just a tap of their helmet's exterior. This method of switching keeps eye, respiratory, and face protection intact, as the helmet can remain on at all times.
Super Bright Light State
An extra bright shade 2.5 light state enhances the effects of True-View technology, delivering the clearest optics during set-up, inspection and grinding. This clarity can also improve your welding, providing more realistic views of your weld pool and greater control over your arc.
Bluetooth® Enabled Lens
The G5-03TW lens is capable of Bluetooth® connectivity, so you can adjust your welding lens to our exact requirements from the palm of your hand. Adjust dark shades and pre-set your favourite modes via the 3M Connected Equipment app.
Larger 180 Degree Views
The G5-03TW welding lens boasts an expansive 73x109 mm viewing area, which when paired with the helmet's peripheral SideWindows results in one of the largest fixed front welding helmet viewing areas on the market.
Fully Customisable Head Harness
With a market leading 6 points of adjustment, dual comfort paddles, even weight distribution, and an added comfort pad, the Speedglas G5-03 Pro Air features the same top-of-the-line head harness as the G5-01, allowing welders to achieve their ideal fit.
