XDP2000 is an advanced semi-synthetic cutting fluid that delivers exceptional stability and surface finishes on ferrous metals, aluminium, and aluminium alloys. Its unique formulation is optimised for use in water with soft to medium hardness and utilises nano-globules that prevent coalescence, deposition, and other issues commonly found in traditional emulsions. The cutting fluid is designed to meet the latest technological advances and provide exceptional longevity in use. Additionally, XDP2000 is free of secondary amines, nitrites, halogenated derivatives, and any other harmful substances that can affect human health and the environment.

Application
XDP2000 is dispersed in water by adding the concentrate to the water until a minimum of 4% and a maximum of 12%. The ideal concentration must be determined according to the complexity of the operation and water hardness. The product is for machining aluminium and ferrous alloys which intended to minimise the drag of coolant per piece.
Usage and Handling
It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.

The Excision XDP2000 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.
