RPB Safety Z4 PAPR Welding Helmet Kit complete with PAPR and ready to use.

The Z4® Helmet is up to 23% lighter than other brands. Designed with the primary focus on comfort it is as light as a feather yet tough as steel. The most ergonomically balanced welding grinding respirator helmet available in the market.

The Z4® is fitted with a large ADF lens boasting an optical quality rating of 1.1.1.1 with the all-important fourth “1”. Advanced angular dependence control guarantees uniform shading and distortion-free vision, allowing operators to work comfortably across different angles as required.

The patent pending dual air distribution system delivers 75% to your breathe zone via a multi-directional outlet. The remaining 25% is directed over the grinding visor to prevent fogging.

To further increase your comfort and stability, the Z4® is fitted with the Comfort-Link™ padding system. The system is easily adjustable and evenly distributes the weight of the respirator across your head, making those long shifts a breeze!

The RPB® PX5® PAPR Air Unit is a robust and versatile Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) that provides clean breathing air to the full range of RPB Safety’s industry leading respirators. Weighing just 1.16kg with the HEPA filter fitted, and between 1.65kg and 1.7kg with a gas filter fitted, the PX5 allows you to get more out of your day by reducing the effects of fatigue. Through strategically distributing its weight with its vertical mounting position and support from our flexi-belt system, the PX5 contours to your body for maximised comfort and stability.
