The Weldclass TX-180 Plate Cutter is an ideal machine for cutting or stripping metal plate. Cuts steel plate up to 150mm thick. Accurate and easy to use item with a proven performance ratio that can be used with LPG or Oxy/Acetylene.

FAQs:
Q: Why does this plate cutting machine use Type 51/54 3-seat tips, instead of standard Type 41/44 tips as used on hand torches?

A: Type 41/44 tips are not used on cutting machines for a number of reasons, one being that they are not the best design to achieve good performance in machine cutting applications. Type 51/54 3-seat tips are a very common tip used on many Oxy cutting & machines in Australia & other countries.
