91T1-G Lincoln Outershield Flux Cored Wire

Lincoln Outershield 91Ni1-HSR 91T1-G is an all positional 1Ni-1/2Mo flux cored wire providing superior strength and toughness in the as-welded and PWHT conditions. This wire may be used in prequalified welding procedures for steel group 8Q as defined in AS/NZS 1554.4 Table 4.6.1. The product comes 3.1 tested for every batch and meets NACE MR-0175 requirements for sour service.

Typical applications include offshore structural, piping in sour service (on and offshore) pressure vessel fabrication where 620MPa tensile strength materials are required.

Features:
• Exceptional mechanical properties both in the as welded and PWHT condition
• Batch tested according to EN 10204 type 3.1 certification
