Corodur E 63 Hardfacing Electrodes

The Corodur E 63 is a thickly coated high efficiency electrode with 170 % recovery. Highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion. CORODUR E 63 is mainly used for applications which are subjected to strong abrasive wear combined with humidity or wetness. Soft, intense fusion. The weld metal is nearly free of slag. A buffer layer of CORODUR E 200 K is recommended prior to surfacing on old claddings.
