Galvanising Bar

The Bossweld Galvanising Bar is a lead/tin/zinc alloy which, when applied to a heated base metal, will melt and produce a strong corrosion resistant alloy coating. Used after welding on galvanised material resulting in a zinc coating equivalent to hot dip galvanise.

Applied anywhere where the galvanised protection needs to be reapplied after welding. Melting point 183ºC.
