Alphaweld COVID Policy

With the continued spread of the current pandemic and the fast-moving nature of this unprecedented sequence of events we are sure that you are following the rapidly changing developments of the COVID-19 as closely as we are.

Taking care of our team and their families' health and wellbeing is of the utmost importance so we have imposed the following measures intended to ensure the safety of our staff & customers and the maintenance of our operations.

  • The trade counter is open subject to adherance to social distancing of 1.5m and no more than two persons at any given time.

  • Contactless payment is required if you do not have an prior established trading account.

  • Cash payment is no longer accepted.

  • Any couriers coming onto the property must comply with company policy as stated on appropriately placed signage.

  • If you are picking up and order from our premises, we request that you do not enter the warehouse and goods will be brought out to you. If you do not wish to sign using our pen, we will make a note of the name of the person picking up.

  • Washrooms and toilet facilities are strictly for staff use only.

  • Representatives MUST have prior appointment. No exceptions allowed. 

  • We have established IT systems to enable all our staff to work remotely or in a quarantined environment if required.

  • We have established strict Hygiene & Prevention policies within the company to ensure while we are open, we can still do what we are good at.

  • Goods can be ordered online 24/7 and we encourage all customers to order via our website. Logins can be created for trade account customers to ensure correct pricing structures. Please enquire on 9456 8000.
